Cadenhead's Original Collection Glenburgie-Glenlivet 13 Year Old 2010

Cadenhead's Original Collection Glenburgie-Glenlivet 13 Year Old 2010 is an independently bottled Speyside single malt Scotch whisky offering a particularly distinctive maturation profile. Distilled at Glenburgie in 2010 and aged for 13 years, the whisky was transferred into Port casks in August 2020 before being re-racked into refill Bourbon casks in October 2022 to restore balance to the spirit. Bottled at 46% ABV in September 2023, it combines vibrant red fruit and tropical character with creamy sweetness, nuts and subtle woody notes. 

Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, aged Gouda, walnut and cranberry salad, chocolate-covered cherries, fruit tart or peanut butter desserts.

Tasting Notes: Fruity and rounded with red berries, tropical fruit, dried fruit, chocolate, nuts and creamy sweetness.

Nose: Raspberry ripple ice cream, lychee and chocolate-coffee sweets.

Palate: Juicy dates, red cherries with hints of cedar wood and pine shavings.

Finish: Dried raisins, walnuts and peanut butter.
