Cadenhead's Original Collection GlenAllachie-Glenlivet 10 Year Old 2014

Cadenhead's Original Collection GlenAllachie-Glenlivet 10 Year Old 2014 is an independently bottled Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled at GlenAllachie. Distilled in 2014 and matured for 10 years entirely in Bourbon casks, it was bottled by William Cadenhead in February 2025 at 46% ABV. The Bourbon maturation highlights GlenAllachie's naturally fruity malt character, delivering nuts, caramel and creamy sweetness alongside white grapes, ginger and fresh orchard fruit. 

Food Pairing: Pair with roast chicken, aged Gouda, toasted almonds, crème brûlée, apple tart or lightly spiced desserts.

Tasting Notes: Fruity and malty with caramelized sweetness, nuts, orchard fruit and warming ginger spice.

Nose: Walnuts, caramel, sandalwood, crème brûlée and gorse.

Palate: Rich and malty with white grapes, almonds and stem ginger.

Finish: Orchard fruits, kiwi skin and cinnamon.
