Cadenhead's Chairman's Stock Fettercairn 17 Year Old 2007

Cadenhead's Chairman's Stock Fettercairn 17 Year Old 2007 is an independently bottled Highland single malt Scotch whisky selected from the private stocks of William Cadenhead. Distilled at Fettercairn in 2007, it was matured for 17 years and transferred to a Granada rum barrel in 2019 before being bottled at cask strength in November 2024. At 54.8% ABV and limited to only 240 bottles, this release combines Fettercairn's rich, nutty character with tropical fruit, citrus, mineral and savoury notes. 

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled pork, barbecue chicken, aged cheddar, grilled pineapple, banana cake or roasted nuts.

Tasting Notes: Tropical and characterful with ripe fruit, citrus, mineral notes and an intriguing savoury edge.

Nose: Barbecued bananas, mineral notes, pampas grass and sherbet lemons.

Palate: Coastal notes, miso and chalk.

Finish: Pineapple upside-down cake, gooseberries and lemon zest.
