Cadenhead's Original Collection Ben Nevis 11 Year Old is an independently bottled Highland single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Ben Nevis in 2012. Matured for 11 years in ex-Bourbon casks and bottled in September 2024 at 46% ABV, this expression puts the distillery's distinctive character at the forefront, combining orchard fruit, creamy malt, mineral notes and the characteristic oily, earthy complexity associated with Ben Nevis. 

Food Pairing: Pair with roast pork, grilled chicken, mature cheddar, apple tart, salted caramel desserts or toasted nuts.

Tasting Notes: Fruity, malty and characterful, balancing fresh orchard fruit with creamy cereal, mineral notes and gentle Bourbon-cask sweetness.

Nose: Apple strudel, grass, icing sugar, white grapes and cinnamon.

Palate: Creamy wholegrain cereal and malt with gooseberries.

Finish: Kiwi skin, flinty minerality, salted caramel, barley sugar and barley drops.
