Cadenhead's Original Collection Aultmore-Glenlivet 12 Year Old 2010

Cadenhead's Original Collection Aultmore-Glenlivet 12 Year Old is an independently bottled Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Aultmore in 2010. Matured for 12 years using 75% ex-Fino sherry and 25% ex-Manzanilla sherry casks, it was bottled by William Cadenhead in 2023 at 46% ABV. The sherry maturation complements Aultmore's fruity character with dried fruits, citrus, nuts and warming spice. 

Food Pairing: Pair with roast pork, Manchego cheese, toasted walnuts, dried fruits, apple tart or orange-infused dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Fruity and sherry-forward with citrus, dried fruits, nuts, brown sugar and warming spice.

Nose: Orange peel, Demerara sugar, cocktail cherries and pecan nuts.

Palate: Green apple and cinnamon with dates, sultanas and other dried fruits.

Finish: Walnuts, orange pulp and maple syrup.
