Cadenhead's 7 Stars Blended Scotch

Cadenhead's 7 Stars is a historic blended Scotch whisky revived by William Cadenhead to showcase the character that can be achieved by carefully combining selected malt and grain whiskies. Made using whiskies sourced from distilleries across Scotland, the high-malt-content blend receives a generous finish in Oloroso sherry casks, adding richness, dried-fruit character and depth while maintaining a balanced profile. Bottled at 46% ABV without artificial colouring or chill filtration. 

Food Pairing: Pair with roasted pork, glazed ham, aged cheddar, apple crumble, toasted nuts or dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Fruity and sherry-influenced with creamy sweetness, citrus, baked fruit, biscuits and warming spice.

Nose: Strawberries and cream, apple crumble and butter biscuits.

Palate: Tangerine peel, muscovado sugar and ginger snap biscuits.

Finish: Raisins and cocoa with a slightly hoppy, zesty character.
