About the Chateau Vartely Cabernet Sauvignon
Château Vartely Cabernet Sauvignon is a structured, rich, and expressive red wine produced from handpicked grapes grown in the southern region of Moldova, within the Bugeac area. Vinified in stainless steel tanks to retain its intense varietal character, it displays a deep ruby color with subtle garnet reflections in the glass. The bouquet opens with vibrant aromas of blackcurrant, dark forest berries, and wild cherries, subtly layered with hints of dried herbs and gentle oak undertones. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied and well-balanced, delivering concentrated dark fruit flavors framed by fine, persistent tannins and a fresh, velvety finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with grilled fillet steak, roasted lamb chops, braised beef, roasted mushrooms, and aged cheeses like Cheddar or Gouda.
