About the Silver Heights The Summit 2018
With their first vintage recieving national and international accolades, they have continued to grow, and produce delicious wines. The Summit is a blend of 65-35 Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, that has been aged in 60% new French Oak. This wine is soft, delicate but at the same time, robust. You can feel the minerality breaking throught the ripe red berries, with the accompanyning notes of spice, smoke, liquorice, vanilla and earth.
