Ca Modeano Pinot Grigio

Produced by Modeano, an ancient estate in the Friulian Riviera, this Pinot Grigio is a classic expression of the coastal terroir between Venice and Trieste. The grapes are grown in clay-heavy soil, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain a fresh and crisp profile. It is aged for 6 months on its lees in stainless steel, resulting in a full-bodied yet well-balanced dry wine. It presents a golden yellow color with subtle coppery reflections and a complex bouquet of orchard fruits, acacia flowers, and wild honey, finishing with a refreshing zest and characteristic mineral notes.
