A richly textured Valpolicella Superiore with aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, dried herbs, cocoa and sweet spice. The palate is full-flavored and elegant, offering concentrated dark fruit, hints of raisin and licorice, silky tannins and balanced acidity that carry through to a long, savory finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with braised meats, roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, grilled steak, aged cheeses and hearty pasta dishes.
