About the Bussia Soprana Vigna Colonello 2013
A classic and age-worthy Barolo crafted from 100% Nebbiolo, offering aromas of dried rose petals, red cherry, violet, tobacco and sweet spice. The palate is powerful yet elegant, with concentrated red fruit, fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity supported by earthy complexity and mineral depth, culminating in a long and persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with braised beef, osso buco, truffle risotto, roasted lamb, wild game and aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
