That Boutique-y Whisky Company Bushmills 22 Year Old Irish Single Malt Whiskey

That Boutique-y Whisky Company Bushmills 22 Year Old Irish Single Malt Whiskey is a rare independently bottled expression from Bushmills Distillery in Northern Ireland. Triple distilled and matured for 22 years, the whiskey was given an extended finish in an ex-Maury wine cask, adding layers of rich fruit and confectionery sweetness to the mature single malt character. Bottled at 45.8% ABV as a limited release of just 390 bottles, it combines creamy caramel, tropical fruit, dried fruit, chocolate, mature oak, and warming spice.

Food Pairing: Crème brûlée, Basque cheesecake, dark chocolate, dried fruit cake, roasted almonds, caramelized peaches, and aged Gouda.

Tasting Notes: Rich and creamy with caramel, tropical and stone fruits, mature oak, dried fruit, chocolate, vanilla custard, and warming spice.
