Distilled from locally sourced Alberta grains and enriched with pure local Alberta wildflower honey, this expression is steeped and infused with a blend of three sun-ripened berries—raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. The resulting ruby-hued gin marries luscious berry sweetness and tart fruit acidity with traditional piney juniper and warm aromatic botanicals.
