Burwood Distillery Honey Blossom Gin

Handcrafted in Calgary, Alberta, by Burwood Distillery, Honey Blossom Gin is a vibrant, floral craft expression designed as an homage to Alberta's rich agricultural heritage. Distilled from locally sourced Alberta grains and enriched with pure local wildflower honey, this spirit is infused with delicate floral botanicals and natural fruit blossoms. The resulting pink-hued gin offers a light, fragrant, and blossom-forward profile that bridges natural floral sweetness with classic botanical structure.

Food Pairing: Goat cheese crostini, lemon tarts, fresh berry pavlova, grilled prawns, caprese salad, or charcuterie with soft brie and honeycomb.

Tasting Notes: Soft rose-pink to light amber-gold in appearance with a smooth, velvety, and light-to-medium mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic with fragrant floral blossoms upfront, leading with sweet jasmine, wild rose, orange blossom, and a rich, honeyed lavender backbone.

Palate: Soft, elegant, and gently sweet, opening with lush wildflower honey and citrus blossoms before evolving into classic piney juniper berries, warm coriander, and subtle herbaceous spices.

Finish: Medium-long, crisp, and delicate with lingering notes of floral petals, soft honey, and clean, dry juniper.

Serve: Serve over large ice cubes topped with premium Mediterranean or elderflower tonic water, garnished with a fresh slice of lemon and an edible flower or fresh berry, or as an ideal base for a French 75, Bees Knees, or Floral Gin Fizz.
