Distilled in small batches from locally grown Alberta grains and naturally smoothed with local Alberta wildflower honey, this spirit vapor-infuses pink grapefruit zest and vibrant lemongrass alongside traditional botanicals. The result is a bright, tart, and aromatic citrus forward profile balanced by herbal depth and classic piney juniper.
