Burrowing Owl Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerhouse red from the southern Okanagan, known for its structure and "sun-drenched" intensity. Sourced from estate vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos, it thrives in the region's unique semi-arid climate. It presents a deep garnet-purple hue and a classic bouquet of blackcurrants, cassis, and black cherries, seamlessly integrated with sophisticated notes of graphite, cedar shavings, and vanilla bean. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and robust, featuring a rich core of dark fruit supported by firm, ripe tannins and a vibrant acidity. Matured for approximately 18 months in a mix of French, American, and Hungarian oak, it concludes with an exceptionally long, savory finish with lingering hints of tobacco and dark chocolate.
