Signatory Bunnahabhain 20 Year Old 2004 Cask #800190 is a single-cask Islay single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Bunnahabhain on April 14, 2004. Matured for 20 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, it was bottled by Signatory Vintage in August 2024 at its natural cask strength of 61.2% ABV. Only 510 bottles were produced, presented without added colouring or chill filtration. 

Food Pairing: Pair with slow-roasted beef, glazed pork belly, aged cheddar, toasted walnuts, fruitcake or dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: A powerful sherry-matured Islay single malt with concentrated dried fruit, dark sweetness, roasted nuts, oak spice and rich malt character.

Nose: Rich dried fruits and dark berries with orange peel, roasted nuts, caramel and deep Oloroso sherry notes.

Palate: Full-bodied and intense, with raisins, dates, dark chocolate and caramel alongside toasted nuts, malt and warming oak spice.

Finish: Long, rich and warming, leaving dried fruit, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and persistent sherried oak.
