About the Bundaberg Black 12 Year Old Rum 700ml
Polished mahogany colour offering aromas of sarsaparilla, dried raisin cake, chary oak and molasses. A silky, light to medium bodied style with dryish flavours of nutmeg, ginger beer and dried molasses followed by a tannic finish and fleeting notes of burnt raisin toast and molasses repeating in the aftertaste. Predictable rum with a slightly deadpan delivery.
