Bulleit Bourbon

Bulleit Bourbon is a highly popular, frontier-inspired Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey renowned for its distinctive high-rye mashbill and bold, spicy character. Originally revived in 1987 by Tom Bulleit, it follows a multi-generational family recipe that uses a high proportion of rye alongside corn and malted barley. The whiskey is aged for a minimum of six years in charred American white oak barrels, which softens the intense rye spice and imparts classic oak sweetness. This aging process creates a clean, robust, and highly versatile bourbon that has become a staple in bars worldwide for both sipping and premium cocktail creation.
