About the Buisson-Charles Pouiully-Fuisse 1Er Cru
Buisson-Charles Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru Maréchaude is an organically farmed Chardonnay from south-facing clay-limestone soils in Vergisson. Aromas of ripe peach, pear, lemon zest, white flowers, and toasted hazelnut lead to a concentrated palate with vibrant minerality, refined texture, and exceptional aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with lobster, scallops, roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled turbot, or aged Comté cheese.
