About the Buisson-Charles Meursault La Vigne de 1945
Produced from a single parcel in the Les Pellans lieu-dit planted in 1945 just below Meursault Charmes, this Chardonnay is gently pressed, matured for 18 months in older French oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration. The result is a concentrated, mineral-driven Meursault with exceptional depth and ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with lobster, roasted turbot, veal, roast chicken and aged Comte cheese.
