Domaine du Clos des Brusquières Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2023 is a traditional, deeply authentic, and expressive Southern Rhône red wine crafted by the Courtil family from low-yielding old vines across three prime parcels in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Visually displaying a brilliant dark ruby-garnet color, it opens with an inviting and aromatic bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild raspberries, and dark plums, seamlessly layered with dried lavender, garrigue herbs, ground pepper, licorice, and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied, rich, and well-balanced, presenting a succulent core of sweet red and dark fruit supported by ripe, fine-grained tannins and a refreshing beam of natural acidity that leads into a long, warming, and spice-tinged finish.
