Bruno Giacosa Nebbiolo d'Alba 2023 is an exceptionally elegant, expressive, and finely detailed red wine crafted by the legendary Casa Vinicola Bruno Giacosa. Sourced from choice vineyard sites in the Nebbiolo d'Alba designation, including the renowned Valmaggiore vineyard in Vezza d'Alba, the fruit undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks followed by aging in traditional large French oak casks (botti). In the glass, it displays a bright ruby-garnet color with expressive aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, dried rose petals, subtle liquorice, and crushed limestone minerality. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, offering pure red fruit flavors framed by noble, fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity that lead to a long, graceful finish.
