Bruno Giacosa Barolo Falletto 2020 is an exceptionally graceful, complex, and structured red wine produced by Azienda Agricola Falletto di Bruno Giacosa. Sourced from the historic Falletto vineyard in Serralunga d'Alba, it exhibits a brilliant translucent ruby hue in the glass. The nose is intensely aromatic, opening with lifted perfume of ripe red cherries, pomegranate, and wild strawberries, accompanied by floral accents of rose petals, violets, crushed flint minerality, and subtle undertones of eucalyptus, liquorice, and tobacco. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, precise, and deeply layered. Vibrant acidity and tightly knit, silky tannins seamlessly frame flavors of sour cherry, tart plum, white truffle, and dried herbs, leading to a remarkably long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs brilliantly with roasted osso buco, truffle-infused wild mushroom risotto, slow-braised beef short ribs, rack of lamb, roasted duck, and aged Parmigiano-Reggiano.
