About the Bruno Giacosa Barbaresco Asili
A benchmark expression of Nebbiolo from the celebrated Asili vineyard, offering aromas of rose petals, red cherry, raspberry, orange zest and delicate spice. The palate is layered and refined, with vibrant acidity, polished tannins and remarkable precision, revealing notes of red berries, dried herbs and mineral undertones that carry through a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Braised short ribs, veal, truffle pasta, mushroom risotto, roasted duck and aged hard cheeses.
