Bruichladdich Micro-Provenance 12 Year Old 2011 Cask #3559 is an Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky selected as part of Bruichladdich's exploratory Micro-Provenance series. Distilled in October 2011 and matured for 12 years in a first-fill Monbazillac cask, this single-cask expression was bottled in June 2024 at 57.3% ABV. Limited to just 282 bottles, the sweet-wine cask maturation complements Bruichladdich's unpeated malt with layers of ripe fruit, honeyed sweetness, citrus and warming oak. 

Food Pairing: Pair with crème brûlée, apricot tart, blue cheese, roasted almonds, foie gras or honey-glazed pork.

Tasting Notes: Rich and fruit-forward with ripe stone fruit, honeyed malt, citrus, sweet wine character and warming spice.

Palate: Rich stone fruit and honeyed sweetness with malt, citrus and warming oak spice.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering sweet fruit, honey, citrus and gently drying oak.
