Crafted in Calgary, Alberta, by Bridgeland Distillery—founded by Jacques Tremblay and Daniel Plenzik—Moscato Brandy is an innovative Canadian craft grape spirit that bridges Old World distilling heritage with Western Canadian craftsmanship. Produced using 100% Muscat (Moscato) grape wine sourced from select Pacific Northwest vineyards, the highly aromatic base wine undergoes careful double distillation in the distillery’s custom copper pot stills imported from Italy. The clear wine spirit is then aged in new French oak barrels and finished in seasoned oak casks, allowing the wood to gently complement the notoriously expressible, floral profile of the Muscat grape. Known for pioneering artisan brandies in Western Canada, Bridgeland yields an exceptionally aromatic expression balancing intense orange blossom floral notes, ripe peach, and honeyed grapes with warm toasted oak wood, vanilla, and gentle baking spices.

Food Pairing: Artisan cheese boards (triple-cream Brie, aged Gouda, blue cheese), stone fruit tarts, peach cobbler, roasted almonds, dark chocolate with candied orange peel, or duck liver pâté.
