About the Bridgeland Innisfail Single Pot Still Whisky 41.5% 500ml
Single Pot Still Whisky is made by a single distillery from a mixed mash of malted and unmalted barley distilled in a Pot Still. Raw & Malted Barley and Oats are part of this special Whisky’s grain bill. This Single Pot Still Whisky has been distilled 3 times and aged in different casks (American oak, French oak, new and used). Like all Bridgeland Whisky; without additives, coloring or chill filtration; just the wonderful whisky straight from the cask.
Orchard fruits on the nose, particularly apple and pear. Subtle sweetness lingering. The palate is floral, sweet and delicate with a great thick mouthfeel. Hints of baked spices. The finish linger and reveal a hint of sherry.
