Brancaia Tre 2024

Brancaia TRE 2024 is an inviting, approachable Italian red wine produced by the acclaimed Casa Brancaia estate in Tuscany. Crafted as a blend predominantly featuring Sangiovese alongside Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this cuvée takes its name "TRE" from the three grape varieties used as well as the three distinct vineyard locations in Chianti Classico and the Maremma. Fermented in stainless steel and aged partially in oak barrels and concrete tanks, it showcases a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of red cherries, fresh plums, subtle violet floral notes, and a hint of warm baking spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, delivering supple fruit flavors, juicy acidity, and smooth, soft tannins that lead to a clean, savory finish.
