Brancaia Rose 2021

Brancaia Rosé 2021 (often labeled as Brancaia Rosato) is a beautifully vibrant, elegant, and crisp organic rosé wine crafted entirely from Merlot grapes harvested in coastal Maremma. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel and aged for three months on the fine lees without skin maceration, it displays a very pale, salmon-pink color. The nose opens with an inviting, delicate bouquet of wild strawberries, sliced white peaches, and watermelon, interwoven with hints of white flowers and a subtle touch of wet stone minerality. On the palate, this dry, light-bodied rosé is remarkably lively and harmonious, balancing a juicy core of red berry and citrus flavors with a bright, crisp acidity that carries into a remarkably clean, savory, and refreshing finish.
