BRANCAIA N°2 2022 is a remarkably sleek, elegant, and modern organic Tuscan red wine crafted exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from the estate’s sun-drenched vineyards in coastal Maremma. Fermented at controlled temperatures with up to 18 days of skin contact, the wine matures for 12 months in used French oak tonneaux followed by several months of bottle refinement. It displays a cool, expressive bouquet of wild blueberries, blackcurrants, and ripe blackberries, layered with subtle hints of graphite, sweet tobacco, rosemary, and dark cocoa. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied and incredibly polished, presenting a juicy dark fruit core framed by velvety, fine-grained tannins and a vibrant line of mineral acidity that finishes with persistent salinity.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with rosemary-infused roasted lamb chops, grilled beef tenderloin, rich wild mushroom risotto, or matured pecorino cheese.
