Brancaia Cabernet Sauvignon

Brancaia Cabernet Sauvignon is a remarkably sleek, elegant, and modern organic Tuscan red wine crafted exclusively from grapes harvested at the estate’s property in coastal Maremma. Fermented at controlled temperatures with up to 18 days of skin contact, the wine matures for 12 months in used French oak tonneaux, followed by several months of bottle refinement. On the nose, it displays an expressive, fruit-forward bouquet of ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, and juicy dark cherries, beautifully complemented by undertones of wild Mediterranean herbs, vanilla, and sweet tobacco leaf. The palate is medium to full-bodied, exceptionally smooth and accessible, highlighting a velvety, polished texture, very soft tannins, and a refreshing mineral salinity that sweeps into a clean, persistent finish.
