About the Armand Heitz Bourgogne Rouge 2021 750ml
The vineyard has been shaped over the centuries by the Dukes of Burgundy, by monks and by winegrowers. A bottle of Burgundy is a piece of French heritage. I chose to claim Bourgogne Rouge on the labels and not Bourgogne Côte d'or or Bourgogne Pinot noir. My opinion is that these last two appellations impose unsustainable methods of conduct where the Bourgogne Blanc appellation allows us to work in a more virtuous manner, such as with medium-large plantations for example.
