Domaine Bourdy Côtes du Jura 'Henriette' 2020 (also known as Domaine Laura Bourdy / Caves Jean Bourdy) is a traditional, expressive red blend crafted from old vines grown on red clay and gravel soils in the Jura region. Fermented with whole clusters and aged in ancient oak barrels, it offers an authentic, terroir-driven profile filled with red fruit flavors. Aromas of tart sour cherry, wild cranberry, dark plum skin, and subtle forest floor notes seamlessly mesh with crushed herbs and a hint of rustic spice. On the palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied with vibrant, crunchy acidity, silky tannins, and a savory, mineral-inflected finish.
