2BAR Bottled-in-Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a grain-to-glass bourbon handcrafted by 2BAR Spirits in Seattle, Washington. Made from locally sourced Pacific Northwest grain and a distinctive six-grain mashbill, it combines 60% corn and 6% wheat with four different malted barleys comprising the remaining 34%. Aged for at least four years in new charred oak barrels and bottled at the required Bottled-in-Bond strength of 100 proof, it delivers a rich, characterful profile built around butterscotch, vanilla, cherry and chocolate, followed by a long, honeyed and oak-driven finish.
