Bottega Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco Rose

Bottega 'Il Vino dei Poeti' Prosecco Rosé pours a brilliant mother-of-pearl pink with fine and persistent perlage. The nose is remarkably fresh and expressive, opening with distinct aromas of green apple, white peach, citrus, and wild strawberries, layered with soft floral nuances of peach blossoms. On the palate, this elegant Italian sparkling wine showcases superb harmony and fragrant charm. A lively backbone of acidity perfectly balances the crisp red berry and citrus zest flavors, carrying its delicate texture into a clean, dry, and thoroughly refreshing finish with good persistence.

Food Pairing: Pairs exquisitely with vegetable soufflés, tortelli with butter and sage, light seafood appetizers, fresh neapolitan pizza, or served as a lively celebratory aperitif.
