About the Bosco de' Medici Dressel 19.2
Bosco de' Medici Dressel 19.2 is made entirely from Caprettone grown in the La Rotonda vineyard near Terzigno. Fermentation and skin maceration take place in terracotta amphorae, followed by amphora aging. Aromas of medlar, apricot, yellow peach, broom flowers, sulfur, and beeswax lead to a deep, lightly tannic palate.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with structured grilled fish, baked sea bass, and medium-aged cheeses.
