Borgeot Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chenevottes 2022 is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Premier Cru Les Chenevottes vineyard, situated just below Montrachet. Fermented and matured in French oak barrels, it displays aromas of citrus, white peach, white flowers, and toasted hazelnut with vibrant acidity, chalky minerality, and a long, refined finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with lobster, scallops, grilled turbot, shellfish, roast chicken, veal, and creamy poultry dishes.
