Borgeot Bourgogne Monopole Clos de la Carbonade 2022 is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Clos de la Carbonade, a monopole vineyard owned entirely by Domaine Borgeot in Bouzeron. Fermented and matured in French oak barrels, it offers aromas of white peach, pear, citrus, and white flowers with a creamy texture, vibrant freshness, and a refined mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled fish, shellfish, roast chicken, creamy pasta, and soft-ripened cheeses.
