About the Bordertown Merlot 2018
A polished Merlot with ripe cassis, blueberry and cherry aromas, joined by red fruit, stewed plum, subtle herbs and a touch of tobacco. Silky, supple tannins and integrated oak provide a smooth texture before a long, balanced finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast beef, grilled pork chops, beef stew, mushroom risotto, lamb burgers, or aged cheddar.
