Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a crisp, refreshing organic white wine crafted primarily from organically farmed vineyards in Mendocino County, California. Cool stainless steel fermentation without malolactic conversion preserves its vibrant varietal expression and natural acidity. On the nose, it delivers lively, inviting aromas of fresh grapefruit, lime zest, green apple, and lemongrass accenting subtle notes of white peach and orange blossom. The palate is light-to-medium-bodied and zesty, showing a clean, juicy mouthfeel driven by citrus flavors and a hint of flinty minerality that leads into a crisp, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing: Fresh goat cheese salad, pan-seared white fish, grilled shrimp skewers, fish tacos, and light pasta dishes.
