About the Bonterra Estate Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 750ml
Brilliant, dark deep garnet red with slight violet hue. Aromas of spice, black cherry, black currant, leather, tobacco and pencil shaving. Full bodied, well structured mid-palate filled with ripe tannins.

It's undoubtedly hard to find a winery, particularly of this size, with more sustainable certifications (and add B Corp) than Bonterra. This wine is an easy-drinking cabernet with ample freshness and an emphasis on red fruit and savoury. Aromas of fresh berry, dusty gravel and bay leaf. The palate shows generous fresh strawberry and blackberry fruits. There are dried savoury herbs and an impressive finish.

Concentrated aromas of boysenberry, blackberry jam, orange cream and dried florals on the nose. On the palate are flavors of black currant confiture, cinnamon and molasses, layered with toasty vanilla, bittersweet chocolate and orange zest. A grippy tannic finish makes this a great pairing for weekend take out.
