Made primarily from hand-harvested Gamay vines, it undergoes whole-cluster carbonic maceration with native yeasts in concrete tanks before aging in century-old foudres. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with zero added sulfur, it reveals expressive aromas of fresh wild raspberries, red cherries, crushed strawberries, and subtle floral nuances.
