Bombay Sapphire Limited Edition Sunset London Dry Gin

Inspired by the glowing warmth of the setting sun, Bombay Sapphire Sunset Special Edition expands upon the brand's iconic ten-botanical base with three additional vapor-infused ingredients: golden turmeric, Indian white cardamom, and sun-dried Murcia mandarin peel. Distilled at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, this expression delivers a rich, aromatic warmth and bittersweet citrus depth designed for evening aperitivo occasions.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie with aged cheeses, spiced nuts, tapas (such as gambas al ajillo or chorizo), roasted duck breast, or citrus-infused desserts.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a smooth, warm, and velvety light-to-medium body.

Nose: Intensely aromatic with sweet, fragrant mandarin and candied orange peel upfront, supported by gentle floral cardamoms, earthy warm spices, and a grounding backbone of piney juniper.

Palate: Well-rounded and rich, opening with bittersweet mandarin citrus oils before unfolding into layers of fragrant white cardamom, warming turmeric spice, and classic dry juniper berries.

Finish: Long, warm, and dry with lingering notes of sweet citrus peel, subtle earthy spice, and gentle baking pepper.

Serve: Serve over ice with premium ginger ale or Indian tonic water, garnished with an orange wheel and a star anise or cinnamon stick for a warm, aromatic twist.
