Bombay Sapphire East Dry Gin 50ml

Crafted at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, Bombay Sapphire East expands upon the classic Bombay Sapphire recipe by incorporating two additional vapor-infused botanicals: Thai lemongrass and Vietnamese black peppercorn. Presented in a 50ml miniature format, this expression pays homage to the historic spice routes, delivering an exotic, citrus-forward, and gently spicy twist on the traditional London Dry profile.

Food Pairing: Spicy Thai curry, Vietnamese pho, sushi and sashimi, grilled prawns, or chicken satay with peanut sauce.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a crisp, smooth, and vibrant light-to-medium body.

Nose: Fragrant and zesty with bright lemongrass and fresh lime leaf upfront, followed by piney juniper, floral lavender undertones, and a subtle crackle of black pepper.

Palate: Well-rounded and lively, opening with crisp juniper berries and fragrant lemongrass citrus before building into layers of coriander, warm spice, and a distinctive peppery heat from the black peppercorns.

Finish: Crisp, dry, and clean with lingering notes of bright lemongrass, warm pepper spice, and subtle pine.

Serve: Serve over large ice cubes with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a stalk of bruised lemongrass or a slice of fresh lime and a twist of cracked black pepper.
