Critic tasting note: (2020 vintage) "Neil and Maria Empson’s signature white, named after the famous Bollini drink, has been improved incrementally over the years. This 2020 is far from the run of the mill Italian pinot grigio that floods the market. I love the freshness and the screwcap that contributes to its consistency and vibrancy, pitching pear, red apple, and quince with a touch of grass.
