Boigey Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Damodes is a Premier Cru Burgundy crafted from 100% Pinot Noir. Sourced from the Les Damodes vineyard at the northern end of Nuits-Saint-Georges bordering Vosne-Romanee, it combines the structure of Nuits-Saint-Georges with the elegance of its neighboring village. The wine offers vibrant red fruit, floral aromatics, fine minerality, and silky tannins with excellent ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck, beef tenderloin, lamb, venison, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
