R Jelinek Bohemian Apricot Brandy

R Jelinek Bohemian Apricot Brandy is a traditional Czech fruit brandy produced by Rudolf Jelinek from locally grown apricots harvested from the company's orchards in southern Czechia. Made by a method maintained for more than a century, the spirit undergoes triple distillation through three separate kettles, concentrating the apricot's naturally expressive fruit character into a distinctive 42% ABV brandy.

Food Pairing: Apricot tart, almond pastries, mild cheeses, prosciutto, roasted almonds, vanilla desserts, dried fruit, and buttery pastries.
