About the Bodegas Olivares Tinto
An outstanding unaged Spanish red wine presenting a brilliant, deep violet hue. The expressive nose is packed with intense aromas of fresh black cherries, wild strawberries, and hints of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is wonderfully juicy, smooth, and fruit-forward.
Food Pairing: Pairs excellently with casual wood-fired pizzas, juicy beef burgers, grilled pork skewers, savory tomato pastas, or mild semi-cured cheeses.
