Blue Run Reflection II Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the second release in Blue Run's Reflection series, crafted under the supervision of Whiskey Director Shaylyn Gammon and Liquid Director Jim Rutledge. Blended from select barrels of Kentucky straight bourbon, Reflection II emphasizes vibrant floral aromas, rich fruitiness, and warm baking spices, delivering an approachable yet complex high-proof whiskey profile.

Food Pairing: Glazed pork chops, smoked beef brisket, pecan pie, dark chocolate tarts, and aged Gouda or sharp cheddar cheese.

Tasting Notes : Deep copper-amber in appearance with a smooth, medium-to-full-bodied mouthfeel on the palate.
